The aim of the project is the engagement of Nagorno-Karabakh refugees in local decision-making processes throughout Armenia by enriching their understanding of local democracy and improving their abilities.

If you are a motivated young person from Artsakh and would like to find out more about the ways you could engage in local democratic processes, THIS PROJECT IS FOR YOU. Apply to participate in a three-day training to become a trainer and to spread the word in your local community.
The program consists of several phases:
In the first phase, three-day trainings for trainers will be organized.
In the second phase, trained young people will organize local trainings in their settlements.
In the third phase, a network of young ambassadors of local democracy will be created with local embasses around Armenia.
This initiative is carried out by Federation of Youth Clubs of Armenia (FYCA) in the framework of the UNDP "Resilience for All" project, with the financial support from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway and in partnership with the RA Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure.
