Story

The Federation of Youth Clubs of Armenia (FYCA) is Armenia's largest youth non-governmental organization. Founded in 1999 and officially registered as an NGO in 2000, FYCA unites more than 100 youth clubs, centers, and grassroots initiatives across every region of the country.

We believe in the power of young people. Whether through international youth exchanges, civic education, election monitoring, cultural festivals, or volunteer programs - FYCA creates the spaces and opportunities where young Armenians grow, connect, and lead.

What We Do

International Programs

From Erasmus+ youth exchanges to European Solidarity Corps volunteering, we connect Armenian youth with peers across Europe and the world.

Civic Engagement & Democracy

Since 2003, FYCA has been deploying election observation missions at local and national levels. We train young observers, promote human rights, and build the democratic foundations of civil society.

Community & Club Development

We support a national network of youth clubs - providing methodology, training, resources, and connections - so that every young person in Armenia has a place to belong and grow.

27 years of uniting youth, building clubs, shaping Armenia's democratic future.

Legality

We act within the law and uphold civic norms at all times

Voluntariness

Participation in FYCA, at every level, is self-determined

Equality

Every youth club and every young person is an equal member of our community

Self-governance

Our clubs manage their own affairs; our structure reflects participatory leadership.

Transparency

We operate openly, with accountability to our members, partners, and the public.
